... then they buy the remaining 2.3% at a 50c premium to the entitlement price.... then today they buy over 13m shares at around a 50c premium (ave) to the entitlement price???
What the heck is going on? I thought 25% dilution meant 25% less for your shares! Apparently not with Downer! Downers market cap has just grown by a massive 25% from a cap raising and the sp is up!
Either the market has changed its mind about Downer or someone is loading up big time! Cant rule out a takeover in play?
