I dont know guys - maybe CL was listening to advisers to the company which they would have had. Who knows what really happened but it does appear everyone (the board and shareholders) were all taken by surprise. I personally think discussions for re-financing were probably looking good at the time of his announcement on 20 Oct and when the vendors were due their payments but broke down sometime soon after 20 Oct 10. I really do not think NMS would have made that announcement on 20 Oct 10 if they didnt think their re-financing was going to be approved. Just my opinion and my thoughts and trying to be realistic without knowing the true facts.
