success is built on failure and while it might come good the sp. is a sure reflection of market confidence,the one certainty is the staff,that is the intellectual property developers are still earning enormous incomes,in fact it looks like the sort of financial structure some reits had,all fees no income all dependant on market conditions and developing a dream.

i am sorry for those who have held,once upon a time i held similar beliefs,these days i trust the market and listen carefully to---Protect Capital ---thats the number one rule,and a very hard one for me personally think it cost around 170k to change my fundamental belief.
