The claim black people do not get Parkinson's is incorrect.

Parkinson's disease does affect Black people, though there are disparities in diagnosis and treatment compared to other racial groups. Research indicates that Black individuals may be diagnosed with Parkinson's at a later stage of the disease and are less likely to be diagnosed compared to white individuals.

Basically black people, or I am presuming the term as meaning more accurately those from Sub-Saharan ethnic groups, do not appear to get Parkinson as they are in most nations disproportionally under-cared for, or have due to historical events disproportion distrust of health careers, by the nations health services, public health or in worst cases private insurance based, and this result in a failure to get diagnosed to and extent that causes of death occur due to other reasons before any diagnosis is made of Parkinson's.

Given what Clinuvel is developing it is very important to get things like this right, to not perpetuate the biases and misconceptions that could lead to future customs distrusting Clinuvel, or lead to persistent systemic issues that result in them been limited in access to Clinuvel products. Clinuvel has a very significant vested interest in pushing back against any kinds of thinking, and issues it fosters, that have in the past, and do in many places now, limit access to health care for those from Sub-Saharan ethnic groups, or any other ethnic groups for that matter.
