Why so convinced it is Satimola?

The three founding shareholders of Satimola, including Chairman Gordon Toll, hold about 30 percent of the company. Other holders include San Francisco-based hedge fund Passport Capital LLC, with a 25 percent stake, and Citadel, the $11.1 billion firm founded by Ken Griffin, with 13 percent.

This does not seem to line up with
"Ji'an Resources has the right purchase 100% of the shares in Wiyot SA, a Panamanian company. Wiyot SA owns 95% of the shares in Bates Potash Co., Limited who, in turn, holds 100% of the proprietary and legal rights to two Kazakhstan Potash assets."
