Yeah first time dealing with a Con Note deal, and I get your point. TBh I haven't see how ugly these get before, but in the Bluesky example below there was a tangible asset available to take.
At the moment IMU don't really have any assets (except Her-Vaxx) - they have a few unapproved drugs with licensing agreements that show promise.
So to your example below Susq. could call in their debt and swallow IMU but to what avail? Aquire a high risk speccy biotech and run it with the aid of IMU BOD?
Susq best option right now is to let IMU get back to a price that allows them to recoup their money and/or make a profit.
