Irrespective of this investors' past transgressions I am going to beg to differ with the ASX on not being mkt sensitive. An individual investor buying some 4 million stock in less than 2 months, is not, given prevailing volumes of less than 200K (90-day volume average by the ASX's own figures), an insignificant buying event.
Evidently from bid volumes he and perhaps one or two others are in the market on the bid for quite a few more yet.
