As we find ourselves at a pivotal moment in the journey of our company, I feel both a duty and a deep personal conviction to reach out with a message that is equal parts hopeful, heartfelt, and sincere.

There comes a time in every venture when we are asked not only to look at the numbers, the charts, and the tangible data—but also to lift our eyes a little higher. Today, I write to you in that spirit. I do so not merely as a corporate officer or steward of capital, but as a fellow traveler who believes that this enterprise—our enterprise—is on the cusp of revealing its true potential.

We are all acutely aware of the importance of our stock options. For many of us, these are not just financial instruments—they represent belief. Belief in the work we have done. Belief in the land we’ve acquired. Belief in the future value that can and should be unlocked. Like seeds planted in good soil, these options carry within them the hopes and hard work of many seasons. And as expiration approaches, I know we all long for the day when they come into the money—not just for monetary reward, but as a testament to the resilience, faith, and patience we have shown.

I do believe that day is coming.

The portfolio of tenements we hold—each a quiet piece of land with an untold story—continues to offer us not just geological potential, but something deeper: a sense of promise. Our team has pursued these assets with diligence, careful strategy, and a respect for both the science and the stewardship required in this industry. The early indicators, the technical reviews, and the market interest all suggest we are not only on the right path, but perhaps further along than many realize.

And while business, by its nature, is often grounded in the secular and the statistical, I would be remiss if I did not speak from my heart as well. I believe we are not alone in this journey. I believe that we are under the watchful care of a higher power—that God, in His infinite wisdom, sees our efforts, our integrity, and our commitment to doing right by each other and by the land. It is not something I say lightly. It is a belief that sustains me through the long days and uncertain moments, and I hope it may offer you the same strength and comfort.
