NC indicated in his prior announcement presentation that inferred/assumes that sojitz is 'done'. Is this everyone else's understanding too, or are we likely to see a formal announcement soon, given LYC is meant to draw down the funds from 31st March '11. If so, could be one of the next catalyst's.
