I haven't seen a firm date mentioned, however the original entitlement lists February 16 as the closure date and despatch date of February 21. The 16th was a Wednesday and the 21st was a Monday. The revised closure date, March 2, is also a Wednesday so I'm randomly guessing this coming Monday?
