So the investment thesis of people here is that LM8 monetises shallow gold while the price of gold is high (starting with Lady Herial) for the next few years, helping to fill the mill at St Ives, and then hope the price of Ni recovers enough to start thinking about Ni mining again? So basically a short-term gold play to keep everyone busy and keep cash coming in with a long-dated option on either a bigger gold discovery somewhere in the Foster Gold belt, or the price of Ni recovering?
Pretty prospective ground - cannot believe the amount of gold and nickel that has been found and mined from that Kambalda to St Ives zone.
