Did either of you read the prospectus fully. Did you read the details and basis for issuing shares to the directors based on their assessment of their meeting various criteria.
Tim was a Director at AAM. His father was an initial Geo for AAM and his brother identified the Nickel potential at Narnoo which SGQ now holds.
