I don't normally post about in situ resource value.
However, I also don't dismiss it out of hand. The costs of getting it out etc. of course need to be taken into account.
But ultimately, an investor in a resource stock is paying for the assets of that company - and that is basically how much stuff the company knows it has in the ground. Again of course there are other things involved - apart from how much it costs to mine it - such as the exploration team, other tenements held and their prospectivity etc.

As this gold bull develops gold stocks will become valued much more based on the amount of gold they have in the ground rather than on their profits and PE like retailers etc.
