The in situ resource is the theoretical maximum gross revenue.
It makes no allowance for capex or inherent profitability as you well know.
Don't do it SP, stay with the learned ones. Put your skills to work for good and not evil. No more in situ valuations, no more gold equivalents, let us live in the real world!LOL
