We all know the scenario, oil up WPL down, Dow up WPl down, Profits up WPL down. Its so frustrating espcecilly for those of us who bought at higher levels. What does it take to move WPL, Armageddon? Julia to resign? Shell to have a BP like problem? a worldword ban on oil production in favour of natural gas? Forgive me being flippant. Just the frustration showing through.
