Banks are still going through the down part of the credit cycle so bad debts remain relatively high. Despite this banks are still yielding above bond yields. Add the franking credits and pretty solid income. With immigration, should be enough GDP growth to get some capital growth as well. At these prices, I think banks look OK.
Hold CBA and ANZ but none of the others
