The way I understand it is that the first $20m, or whatever it is, goes to Dr Reddys. It doesn't mean that acl lose $20m of income. After that acl start getting their share. It certainly won't take 6 months or so (after approval) for that to happen.
There was to be a milestone payment from Dr Reddys to acl upon approval too. I can't remember the figure (or even if it was disclosed), but $2m comes to mind.
