I'm not convinced that a cap raising via the issue of more shares through a placement to sohisticated investors and/or a SPP is where we are at, however I do think it is a real possibility as a last option.

Here's what I think...

Someone is playing hardball for Oxy. POH has indicated previously that interested parties don't just want to buy in for a particualar product, they want to buy the rights to the entire technology portfolio.

I don't think for one moment that it is POH's plan to go Oxy alone or sell the entire technology portfolio. With Phase 1 Oxy trial done & dusted successfully the next step would preferably be for a large pharma to sign on with a milestone payment and take over the phase 2 & 3 trial costs with future royalies to POH. If this happens, then POH leaps ahead very quickly.

So what if the above doesn't happen soon?

With no deal signed up yet, POH might be playing a bit of hard ball back.

'It would be nice to have your milestone payment now Mr Oxy Interested Party, but if you are going to play hard ball then we can play that game too. We can and will continue to advance Oxy and the deal is only going to become much more expensive further down the track'.

So what cards does POH hold? Well we have a number of cards that potentially could come into play at any time,... such as CSL, such as Novartis, and such as Viatmin D.

Are you feeling lucky, Mr Oxy Interested Party?

We have an anti cellulite card on the table right now, with the possibly of more anti cellulite cards to pair up with the one we have on the table already.

We have a Psoriasis card up our sleeve with the potential for it to come in play quite soon.

We now have a Mastitis treatment for cows card up our sleeve with the potential for it to come into play quite soon.

We have a Phusion Laboratories card up our sleeve, with the potential for it to come into play quite soon.

And last but not least we have the optiion of kicking the can down the road via some sort of capital raising thus giving us the opportunity to play out some of the cards mentioned above.

I think there is plenty bubbling away at POH, it's definately game on and pretty soon some hard decisions are going to be made. Maybe Mr Oxy Interested Party might just realize that POH is not desperate and dateless and will therefore pony up with a deal for Oxy?

Of course this is all speculative, and there could be all sorts of theories that could be floated which may be equally worthy of consideration.

Anyway, that's my thoughts at the moment. Make of what you will.
