PRR speculative stocks are hard to chart lowers the probability thou seems there is a gap away and yea yea i know they sometimes dont fill, i reckon that its not moving because of this gap buyers are cautious..but i been in this stock years ago in the cents so for me whichever way it gos it will..:)
