    Just clearing the way lol
    There is not a product on the market atm that you can call self sustaining except from old fashion fire imo!
    Fire is a possibility IF you live on a property and cut and cart it by hand .....as if!
    Gas would probably be the closest lol for the lucky ones that have it running past the front door like me lol
    They say that you can go roof solar and get credits by re-injecting power back into the grid lol
    With government subsidy you can recoup your $13,000 out lay within five years mmmnnn without guarrantee!
    In a couple of months the government won't even control prices!
    You can even buy a water tank and be subsidised but what about the electricity charges to run the pressure pump ???

    It all equates to a reduction of figures what ever way you look at it!
    Fit gas or solar hot water, energy efficient light globes, water tanks etc.
    The figures as to reduction of energy output look great but in reality people are paying more on the initiall outlay without hope of recovery of the costs.
