I'd think that the SPP is only to boost their coffers so that they can increase their bonuses again this year.
So far we've had 300,000,000 new shares and NO new projects, but have kept the directors living 'high on the hog' at our expense.
It's time to sweep the chimney clean, I say.
Too many years of non performance.
