The yes votes would have been lined up by management ages ago, probably many who participated in the placement & are sitting on 50% gains.

Only 1350 no votes, represents $39.15 worth at current price. The other shareholders are either happy or apathetic.

So much for all the huff & puff on this forum. Oh forgot, none of those posters own shares.
