What brings you to that comclusion?
Volumes are quite low,lots of cross trades going on, director buying a fair chunk at 20c.
Plenty of news on the horizon,re more detail on the bulk testing results and tenement applications.
If you wanted to make a quick buck that ship has probably left.
Enough is going on to suggest 20c will be seen again.
I can see technically its looking weak and those traders are sitting back waiting fro the impatient to dump and possibly break the 14.5c low.
