In the end it doesn't matter if these are additional shares to new Sophies or not. If that was an additional CR then great stuff because the expected CR at a huge discount didn't happen.

If that expected CR is still to come then the issue price depends on how good management can sell it to the instos. Last time the offered their oppies above market price. It all depends on if WHN shares are in demand or not. Therefore, worrying about a CR means to be worried about WHN's value. If you convinced WHN could be the next big thing then don't woory about a CR. Simple.
