    Yep. He forgets that one day he may need to be nice to smaller holders, to raise some money maybe. And TELSTRA will only take his crap for so long. Then he will be the whinger.. 'This bill is wrong, and we want our money back". Ever tried that with TELSTRA, as a corporate client? Just as bad as a residential client.
