The company is playing this very close to it's chest as far as I can tell. I doubt they will even tell you the proximity of pipelines at this stage as they are trying to acquire more land around this prospect.
A bit like the old gold rush days...tie up the landholder first.
With the recent interest in unconventional gas in the US..I bet this has become very hot property in Tx.
More land may prove to be crucial in the future.
