CR - where did that come from??????
unless FML is changing tracks completely - unlikely
CR for financing of current exploration would deviate from the current model of paying for exploration by current production
From memory the last "CR" was Sep 09 - insto investor, to pay for refurbished of mill and spare parts etc
If you have clear indication and prove of such a move by FML kindly present proof
