So Tony is funding a cut in carbon emissions by taxing you, the same as Labor proposes to do.

Re the cut in programs to fund "direct action"

Now that's when it will get interesting. In a month or so when Labor starts to ask that question, what will the Coalition say?

Just a question what will you give up to fund Tonys policy?
