Kah only own 42.79% of Ext (at the last top 20 listing)
What is stopping Rio making a real killer offer for Ext for 51% control of Ext?
I can't see Rio getting 100% of Ext by going for Kah first because of the other stakeholders in Kah
The real gem is Ext not Kah
