Yeah, look at what their policies have done over the last decade! Housing has never been less affordable.
If they abolish negative gearing, house prices will fall and all those renters can stop renting and buy their own house instead. There will be no rental crisis.
Is there a lack of rentals in countries with no negative gearing? No!
