ajay...give me an example of a first world country...not a 3rd world country .....where there is an example... for example in old China the govt have provided a majority with housing at a set price for life... govt housing programs...I believe most of Europe have the same or similar programs...where the govnuts provide a basic house
we did not have housing problems back in the 70's....not until they opened the floodgates for imiigration... then in all their wisdom, at the same time they stopped providing housing...
and if you really are part of the 'handout' crowd that needs a nanny to look after everything for you...ie free or cheap housing...its too easy....just go and put in your application and wait for it...
just be extremely careful what you wish for....it may very well come true....
at least public housing out in the country is much nicer, and waiting lists only a year or so...
ps I note shoppers have not opened their wallets....they are saving their money, paying the mortgage etc.... when the dust hits the fan soon....watch interest rates come down...
