I thought NSL would have released an ann in regards to the changed circumstances in India and IO exports.
Geez, they released an ann when the mining Tax was introduced to say they were not going to be affected by it. (Thanks Captain Obvious! you're in India)
To me, it seems this would be a "price sensitive" issue and directors with-holding this information would, on the surface, seem illegal if not immoral.
I have to wonder if the silence (lack of ann) is for keeping the SP inflated as bad news would see it plummet.
I'm not going to email NSL as 1. they won't give me an answer as per usual regulations. and 2. The amount I now have invested is not worth my time. Yet I post here? Go figure! :)
Our next "delay" ann should be by EOM. Best of luck to those holding.
