The connection is that it strengthens the notion that a company would cut off funding for no reason. BCC cut off springtree but had a SPP in the pipeline. Not sure if Boiler is hinting at a SPP for PRR, but my speculative view is that PRR has some other funding in the pipeline. We will find out. We know that NASDAQ will not raise new capital, but we know we will need some for trials; MR isnt so short sighted to cut off funding at such an imperative stage of development without any substitute.
