I wouldn't get too excited about the use of word "significant" capital raising - ASX requests companies put that wording in to process the trading halt no questions asked - seen it many times over the years.

Significant as a rule of thumb generally means Company is issuing at least 5 of issued cap which if it is a 1:12 as someone else has indicated would be about 8-9%.

Could be wrong but only time will tell.
