Nobody said the Directors were going to take up ALL the shortfall. The
Chairman will take up all his allocation and is going to put in another
$400k of his own money if their is an undersubscription. That is a serious
chunk of money.
Considering our current Chairman was formally the Chairman of QGC, I would
assume he knows what he is doing and is astute.
