Problem for the liberal party is most Liberal voters work and don't have time to protest. Getup is full of public servants and welfare people who have nothing but time.
Oh if only people realize how true that is.
It was a shame more people didn't have access to the internet when the public servants and welfare people had access.
The public servants and welfare people had this thing they called net working via a group called LeftLink on the publicly funded net work and from what I could make out of it, the goal was to slowly split the community.
Over the years it morphed into GetUp, with same goals.
