Agree Alcoa and others would have signed NDAs. Likewise shareholders wanting a tour of 'their' plant could do the same imo.
So next question is ... how do the 3JVs set a license/royalty fee (or sale) price IF MHM is to 'own' these. And what will the cost be? Without a counter bidder there can be no independant price set surely?
I am still to read a substantive response to my question of WHO actually currently owns the IP on all the various tech claimed by MHM. This goes to the heart of any valuation.
Appreciate your research brickworks , although misguided and overly optimistic in parts imo , it is reasonable thorough and must have taken you quite some time to put together.
