Clacko you can look at that two ways though. They may be prepared to go back to their 2008 spendings.
Lets be clear about this APG not only ticks boxes for their environmental compliance but adds additional revenue.
So why wouldnt they be prepared to spend a bit more here when there is a direct benefit to the bottom line.
