re: Ann: TFS TO RAISE $37.9 MILLION VIA PLACE... well, l am not sure why the low price of 80 cents, but considering their strong financial position and low debt l find this move a bit strange.
unless they have some purchases in mind ?
this will temporarily dent the sp, but it is only a 1;20 SPP so not very dilutive.
