Ground magnetic surveys were carried out in February around the pit, to assist with locating
drilling. Further ground magnetic surveys are underway.


Uran and partner African Asian Mining Development Ltd are receiving strong expressions of
interest in purchasing manganese due to the high grade and low impurities. The parties intend to
rapidly progress the project to production should drilling results be favourable. This will be
facilitated by the granted mining lease, proximity to railway and other infrastructure, and the low
capital cost of commencing production.
