As part of the sub underwriting he agreed to take an additional 1,562,298 sahres. he now has a grand total of 1,862,041 shares. Worth, drum roll please, $14,896 !!!! . Which is an absolute pittance for someone who earns $350k-$500K a year (and has been doing so for some 10 years).

So, NO. management has NO skin in the game, and would not lose sleep if the whole vehicle was to go belly-up tomorrow.
