Thank you for your kind words and for stealing my thumb.
To me this morcel of information indicates that government machinery is moving (so slowly) - perhaps needs more "lubricant".
I also take it as positive indication of regard / respect between various parties - FAR/Ophir and Senegalese Minister Wade - even perhaps tipping a positive slant on granting of extension????
What does surprise me is that this news was not considered worthy (by FAR spin doctors) to be released on ASX?
