Based on the length of the suspension, you would have to think a raising of more than $20-30 million will be needed.
Also can't see that dividends will be likely for at least a year, and when/if they are resumed they will cost the company a lot more on the enlarged capital base.
Still, all conjecture until the comapny reveals all.
