If the max amount allocated to CNP security holders is $100m, how much would CNP holders get once you take into account its trade creditors, other non secured lenders and class action liability.
Also if an independent expert is to be called to distribute the assets amongst these parties, they'll take a nice slice of the pie as well.
Securityholders are ranked last in any windup of the company. 13c is wishful thinking and so is a distribution at the current share price.
Although I have a vested interest in CER, you are better off selling now (crystallising your loss) and reinvesting your proceeds into CER. Yes you will only get 1 CER share for every 4 CNP shares, but at least that way, your investment in "Centro" is still alive.
