The other theory is that just maybe one or two major organisations are selling down with a view to then buying up just prior to the annoucement of the resource which would provide a floor for the price.

I would record the last weeks selling from Bloomberg and then compare that to the organisations involved in the coming up swing.

The price will be atleast 20 cents when they annouce the measured and inferred resource.
