    IMO it sounds like you have had a conversation with management!! And are sum what brain washed thus why you/they seem to be hugging their new excuse We should feel lucky we ar minning so soon! (SALSA PLAYED THAT CARD TOO)
    Are you aware we were due to poor 2 Decembers ago?
    This is the reason why we took the project!
    I want answers on HOW and what they intend to do about SP appreciation.
    From your post one would assume you have not held for long?? Are you working the mine?
