I think that to say the resource tax is factored in the price is wrong as we do not even know at what percentage it will be set yet.it will affect sentiment but that is all.
Also looming is the Carbon tax with an unknown effect on prices.
Then we have a dollar being higher that the world reserve currency .
How many variables would you like to have to deal with?
Uncertainty is the reality in this mans land .
