This is the statement which I had difficulty understanding because I think I get that you think that antibiotic use is the main weapon against mastitis, whereas it is really the band-aid, and all the other factors are more important.

Epidemiology of mastitis is very intriguing and does excite my brain cells; I can get carried away with such discussions; and instinctively don't like people being left confused.
