From the roadshow presentations, there is a a reference to waiting for Osaka Gas to sign th JV agreement and that in the event they do not do so, NXS is also in discussions with them about buying their share. Anyone have any insights into whether or not Osaka Gas are uncomfortable with the JV. Sounds like Cottee is making sure he has a plan B in the event Osaka do not like the JV.
Pure speculation but woudlnt it be nice if we buy Osaka's share and then shortly after farm out for a nice profit after the JV is inked.
