if you can announce that there are 13 bits of info that are price sensative then you can announce that they are off the table.
As i said with such an aggresive growth strategy i would of thought there would be some updates to re-assure shareholders that there investment was sound instead of watching it decline for 7 weeks.

Quite simple and straight forward in my book.
